Job Description
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of engineering or science.
- Sex: N/A
- Age: 31-35
- Experience more than 5 years.
- Work experience of engineering works in the fields of Chiller, Boiler, and/or other Utility Facilities.
- Language: High-level English communication skill (speaking
and writing) is necessary. (TOEIC score > 700)
- Organization : Supervisor: Manager in Business Development Manager section (Japanese)
Main Responsibility:
1. In order to achieve the KPI in Project Development
section, lead and advise the technical affairs in the project development
activities.
2. Technical study for the project development activities
Visit the potential customers with Project Development members and understand
the production process which uses electricity and heat (Energy).
Acquire the Energy information by the hearing or site survey
for the consideration of the Energy solutions.
According to the Energy information, develop the probable
energy solution idea.
3. Quotation acquirement works for the feasibility study
Consider the optimal Energy system for the individual
projects and prepare the request for the quotation to the candidate vendors for
further feasibility.
When preparing the above request, cooperate with Japanese
engineers to determine the system concept.
Make clarifications and evaluate the submitted quotation
from candidate vendors by working with Japanese engineers, and determine the
basic facility design and construction/O&M costs of the projects.
4. License support works
Existing sites: Support PD members for the license renewal
of the existing sites from the technical point of view.
New projects: Support
Project Development members for the required license clarifications
(e.g. understand the authority's requirements, prepare the related documents,
provide the necessary explanation etc.)
5. Contract works
According to the
Project Development manager's requests, prepare the required contract
documents (basic design, role sharing, the scope of works etc.)
6. Support of the PD activities
If workload of the technical study described in the items
above 1-5 is not high, conduct the project development activities.
Make phone calls to customer candidates, acquire the minimum
energy information required for screening and set a meeting (incl. non-Thai
customers).
